I’m a psychologist, an educator, a mom of two curious girls, and someone who can get lost for hours in books about neuroscience and child development.
But more than all that — I’m a human, just like you, trying to figure out how to raise good, kind, emotionally strong little humans in a world that moves way too fast.
We live in an age of too much. Too much information. Too many opinions. Too many “perfect” families on our screens.
And if I’m honest — even with my background and training — I’ve felt overwhelmed, confused, and sometimes even guilty for not doing enough, or not doing it “right.”
That’s why I created this space.
Because I believe we need a place that feels real.
A place where we can learn, reflect, and grow — with science, not noise. With empathy, not judgment.
A space where parents, educators, and curious minds can explore the amazing world of childhood, parenting, and brain development in a simple, practical way.
I truly believe family is the foundation of society.
And that as parents, we’re not just raising children — we’re raising the future.
That’s what The ME Future means to me: Mindful Education. Meaningful Experiences.
So, if you’ve ever felt lost in the chaos of parenting advice, or just want to understand your child (and yourself) a little better — this blog is for you.
I hope it becomes a space to breathe, to learn, and to remember that growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be beautiful.
Welcome to The ME Future —
where parenting meets purpose,
and science meets heart.
